Combine Dry Ingredients together. Use a sifter or metal whisk to remove any clumps.
Add in wet ingredients: eggs, vegetable oil, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
Place brownie batter in a greased baking pan.
Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, combine softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Beat until the mixture is combined and becomes nice and creamy.
Pour in the cream cheese mixture and using a buttered knife or spatula, swirl the cheesecake and brownie mixtures together to create a marbled look!
Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean! Baking times will vary depending on how large of a pan you use- estimate around 20-30 minutes!
