From Scratch Cheesecake Brownies

Make Your Own Beautiful Cheesecake Brownies from scratch! Better than Box Mix!

Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients- Basic Brownie Mix
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
Wet Ingredients- Basic Brownie Mix
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cheesecake Mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package Cream Cheese 8 oz package
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine Dry Ingredients together. Use a sifter or metal whisk to remove any clumps.
  3. Add in wet ingredients: eggs, vegetable oil, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
  4. Place brownie batter in a greased baking pan.
  5. Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, combine softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Beat until the mixture is combined and becomes nice and creamy.
  6. Pour in the cream cheese mixture and using a buttered knife or spatula, swirl the cheesecake and brownie mixtures together to create a marbled look!
  7. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean! Baking times will vary depending on how large of a pan you use- estimate around 20-30 minutes!
