Blueberry Breakfast Bake
Deliciously moist coffee-cake-like breakfast bake with fresh blueberries.

Dry Ingredients
- 2 ½ cup Flour
- 2 ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
- ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1¾ cup sugar
- ¾ teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
- ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5/8 cup butter melted
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 egg large
Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit.
Combine Dry Ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Add in wet ingredients and stir combine fully.
Add in ¾ of blueberries saving some for later.
Pour mixture into greased casserole dish or baking pan. Sprinkle sugar and remaining berries on top.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
